Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible fiance JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our family. I am most well-known through my Instagram account @annephung. This is where I share my tale of highs, lows and everything in-between. In 1990 I moved to America along with my brother and parents as I reached the age of one and half. Without my parents' devotion to hard work and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even share my journey. In the hope of having a better life I was determined to try the best I could to please them and was focused on achieving my goals. It was my plan to go to school in order to finish my studies and secure an excellent job. And then I wanted to have a family and a wife. My life that I planned for me was not what it turned out to be. Money and the prestige of my job was not what I wanted to be. I was convinced that I had wasted my time for an income. I had a passion for exercising and enjoyed getting out and about with friends. when I was navigating my new career path. I discovered my passion for personal training. It was in 2014 that I founded my small company which will mark my 7th year anniversary by 2021. Very few Asian women have a job in the industry of fashion. Within the field of coaching I'm determined to be a positive influence by offering high-quality coaching to assist others in becoming healthier and happier. Also, I strive to inspire people to pursue their desires and accomplish whatever they would like to achieve in their lives. When I began my professional career, the death of my mom was the most devastating loss to me. She fought a long and arduous fight with the disease and is now in Heaven as well as with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. It's incredible how life gives us exactly the lesson we need, even when we do not realize that it is there. The loss of my mother changed me so much and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance at life. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to enter her next life. I had my second opportunity to live the life of a fulfilled and happy. When I reach my 30's, I feel more alive than ever. I am able to say that I live my life today and not just surviving as I did in the past. My story is made available to you so that I can be able to share my stories and thoughts. It will allow you to feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You're capable of achieving anything you want and more. Therapy is vital as is regular. The health of a person is the most important asset. I hope that you enjoy your life to the fullest and to die with no regrets, as death is the only possibility that awaits us in our life.
